DEEP CLEAN

Aterol Cleaning’s deep cleans focus primarily on the structure of the home – places that you typically do not notice. It includes baseboards, walls, ceilings, fans (inside and outside), all appliances, cabinetry, floors, blinds, windows, doors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living area, dining room, and any other room within the property.

PREMIUM DEEP CLEAN

Premium deep cleanings are the most elite cleaning service offered by Aterol Cleaning. It includes everything in the standard deep clean but goes the extra mile by cleaning outside AND inside all compartments of the home. Additionally, shower doors and tubs are treated, outside windows are cleaned, garage, porches, and patios are thoroughly cleaned, and more.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEAN

Includes a deep clean of the entire unfurnished home or business.

ROUTINE HOUSEKEEPING

Includes dishes, organization, tidying, dusting, bed-making, windows, floors, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, bedrooms, and furniture. Anything else is subject to client discretion.

GENERAL

General cleanings are a one-time cleaning service without the intention of repeated routine maintenance. They are charged at a flat rate based on square footage and include all rooms and bathrooms throughout the property. Typically, families that need a general cleaning are preparing for the holidays, coming home from an extended trip, or need some help with catching up.

SPECIAL EVENT CLEANING

Includes pre and post cleaning, as well as trash removal.

OFFICE

Office cleanings are served on a weekly basis, typically on the weekend. These visits prime the office for the following workweek and ensure that each employee starts fresh with a clean workspace.

Aterol Cleaning’s organizational services are designed to alleviate the stress of clutter. Whether your closet needs size or color coordination, or your bedroom is cluttered, our team will help consolidate, pack, and store your belongings.

LOFT/AIRBNB

Loft and Airbnb cleans are reserved for individuals who have frequent tenants in and out of their homes. Before a contract is signed, Aterol Cleaning will assess the property and determine a flat rate for each general cleaning upon departure and arrival of new guests.

INFORMATION

I provide my own cleaning supplies, tools, towels, and trash bags, which I carry with me to each cleaning in a 6’x10′ enclosed trailer. I do not use products that clients own.

I will load up all trash acquired during my service and remove it myself unless otherwise specified by the owner.

I accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major debit and credit cards for payment. There is a $5 convenience fee for debit and credit card payments. Payment is due upon completion of service(s), and I will provide a receipt for your records.

I assume all risks involved with cleaning a property. You will not be held liable for any injury during or after the time of service.

I expect to leave my clients’ properties in far better condition than when I arrive. If you are unhappy with my service, or if my service produces less of a result than what you expect, please notify me immediately and we will work through a resolution together. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I will work until that result has been achieved.

I love all the furries! However, sometimes they can make my job a lot more difficult if they are wound up and excited to meet a new face. If you feel your animal(s) won’t do well wandering loose on the property while I am there, please find a safe and comfortable place for them to rest while I finish my work.

If you need to reschedule at any time, please provide me with as much advance notice as possible. I understand things happen last minute, so I will not hold you accountable for this in any capacity. Communicate with me and we will work through rescheduling.
