It is not as meticulous as a deep clean, but it is more thorough than standard general maintenance. Once the initial clean is complete, routine cleans begin. Routine cleaning focuses on the heart of the home: that is, everything you bring into the home.
Pricing: An initial cleaning fee is charged at the first service to establish you as a client and prime the home for continued care. After the initial clean is complete, routine cleans are priced at an hourly rate of $65.00 per hour. This hourly rate is not discountable. An assessment of expected time on the property can be measured based on the square footage of the home and if any services from a deep clean are added.
